I am very impressed by your Bench Pro 2000. I am particularly impressed because it has expanded what I can do with my wood carving.
I mainly use a 'dremel' power tool. I make a lot of Scout woggles, as well as animals in low relief and in the round. I have found that the pipe jaws can hold carvings of any shape. No other vice I have seen can hold the range of shapes firmly, yet without stressing or breaking the carving. (Okay, I broke one woggle (a panther), but I was pushing the limits of what the wood could do).
I often move from one bench to another. I use many of the functions demonstrated on your DVD.
Most importantly, your service is magnificent, and I will be unreservedly recommending your product, and particularly, your company to all.

Dear Sir,
I write to thank you for very generous help in providing me with a new clamp for my Benchpro vice. I particularly appreciated the promptness with which you sent me the required part. I have had the vice now for about 12 years and in that time it has done an enormous amount of work. I can not speak highly enough if it.
Once again, thank you for your help.
Your sincerely,
John B.,
Evandale,
Tasmania

I purchased my BENCH PRO unit during the Adelaide Wood Show, five years ago. It just couldn’t have happened at a better time. I was in the middle of building a replica of an Art-Deco style pedestal table; finding the right way to clamp and hold pre-cut timber legs to allow working on their fine details was a true nightmare. The system came as a blessing, instantly providing a “resolving” firm grip for the job. Since then the Bench-Pro and I have formed a solid ‘partnership,’ working together through numerous smaller and larger projects. The vice is the most used tool in my workshop; there is no work too small or too large for it - and that’s not a cliché.
Presently, I’m just about to complete a 4-year degree in Interior Architecture at the University of South Australia. The program requires the designing and construction of a piece of furniture as part of the final submission and assessment. It is too early to say, but I reckon that the work is going quite smoothly, thanks to using a Bench Pro system. I think that, if the project proves to be successful, you will be entitled to a small chunk of my diploma, maybe not even that small…..:0) !
All the best!
Tom

Some time ago I purchased one of the above and have found several items in the box which do not get a mention in the instructions, one of which is a plate with two semi-circular cut outs. Could you possibly email to me a copy of the latest instructions, please.
This has been a magnificent tool and I would say it is the most used item in my workshop.

I am writing to express my good thoughts about your product The Bench Pro 2000.
I build high tech wooden kayaks for a hobby (I am on my third) and
for this last boat a friend, (who also builds kayaks), loaned me his Bench Pro
2000 vice; vice is an inadequate word for this most versatile and useful
item when it comes to wood work. The Bench Pro fits on any table, in fact
because I am using it at present for long lengths of my kayak (19 feet), I
have it attached to my ping pong table, where it can be attached and
removed in less than a minute and inverted, which changes it, from being a large
vice to one of a smaller size to handle smaller thin pieces of wood, which
can be planed and managed extremely well, far better than my old bench
vice.
I have today ordered my own Bench Pro from your company and look forward
to receiving it, as I know my friend will want the one he kindly loaned me
back very soon. I wish your company all the best with this great product as it
is exceptional.

At the recent Working with Wood Show in Adelaide your representative suggested I contacted you to pass on comments I made to him in praising your product.
I purchased the Pro2000 vice 10 years ago at the same event, and it is very unusual to have a product perform as good as this over this period of time with absolutely nothing going wrong. It is in use on a regular basis and to date all parts are in original working order.
Your company should be proud of their product. Keep up the good work.

I purchased the BenchPro2000 vice at the Perth Wood Show several years ago (at my wife's instigation: the demo was so good that she thought it was a tool I just HAD to have).
It was one of my most useful purchases: so versatile, and portable, that I've ended up using instead of a standard wood/bench vice. That is, until a month ago, when I managed to break one of the jaws, doing something that the vice was not designed to do (bending metal tubing).
On contacting your office, I was very pleasantly surprised at the level of courtesy and service: a replacement jaw was immediately shipped to me, free of charge, even for the postage. This is service above and beyond that normally provided by tool suppliers, and I commend you for it.
I have no hesitation to recommend the BenchPro2000, and your company, to other wood-workers and handypersons, it's a good investment and gives them virtually another pair of hands.

Having just visited the Building Show in Adelaide, and speaking to your representative, explaining to him that I bought one of his products 4 years ago, and have been using it just about every day for assisting with my hobby.
I explained to him that my plastic vice covers were broken with use. I was pleasantly surprised to be given two new pieces, I have and would not hesitate to recommend your products to any one.
