Turning centre attachment for the Bench Pro 2000 vise and clamping system.

Using the end stop with the bench vise and turning centres you can mount items of any length. The only limits are the length of your workbench. You are not limited by the vise jaw span since it works in a pushing setup instead of a pulling setup. This involves using the vice at one end with the moving jaw reversed (in a push configuration) and the end stop at the other end with one turning centre located on the vice and the other located on the end stop.

End stop attachment for the Bench Pro 2000 vise and clamping system.

Use the bench vise end-clamp to literally convert your bench into a vise. Acts like a panel vise with the end stop as the far bench vise jaw.

Use the end stop with the turning centres for working with long items up to the length of your bench. Great for working with table and chair legs, dowling and lathed pieces that need to be turnded during working; like sanding an item down or sealing the timber. The vise can be nipped up to restrict the item movement.

Clamp the end stop to your workbench or other suitable location, to act as a stop for positioning multiple pieces (one or more at a time) in the bench vise at exactly the same position.

Also use for production situation where multiple sections of material of the same length are required and situations where a job requires multiple pieces to be close to identical.

The quick relase button allows for rapid adjustment of the jaws position. The vise jaw can also be reversed for using the clamping tool in a push configuration.

In a flush mounted configuration the moveable vice jaw can be used for clamping and pushing. When used for pushing the end stop is usually used in a panel clamp configuration. The turning centres mount to the bench vise when its in the flush mount vise position where the turning centre mounting slots are exposed; usually used with the end stop for holding longer lengths of material..

An integral component of the bench vise and clamping system that holds the bench vise rails in position and correctly aligned. The fixed jaw, as it sounds, is fixed and cannot be reversed as the sliding bench vise jaw can.

Bench-Pro-2000 is an integral piece of workshop hardware suitable for a variety of vise, clamp and lightweight jacking jobs regularly encountered in most home and production workshops.

The tools jaws have 2 clamping surfaces (upper and lower). This allows you to firmly clamp multiple pieces of material simultaneously such as with Mitre joints, T joints and Butt joints.

The vise hardware has reversible jaws which enables both clamping and lightweight jacking jobs to be carried out. With the tools jaws in the reverse position the unit will act as a flooring jack or a lightweight acro prop. With the jaws in the clamping position the hardware will act as a Standard vise, a Flush mounted vise, an Offset vise or a free-standing floor vice (great for holding doors while mounting hinges and latches).
